Making an impact in the communities where we live and work is one of RSM’s greatest triumphs. Through the 爱的力量, our caring professionals go above and beyond to support children and families across the nation.
The 爱的力量 is RSM’s charitable giving platform for The RSM Classic, a PGA TOUR event for which RSM is the title sponsor. 每年, RSM offices commit to raising funds for local charitable organizations aligned with the missions of the RSM美国基金会 and the Davis Love Foundation, the host organization of The RSM Classic.
Employee champions in each of our local offices coordinate fun activities to encourage participation and help meet our fundraising goals. Our people have enjoyed raising money through whiffle ball tournaments, 烤销售, 辣椒烹饪比赛, putt-putt竞赛, dance-a-thons and even pie-in-the-face challenges.
Through the 爱的力量, RSM人民, backed by generous donations from clients and the firm’s communities as well as a matching donation from the RSM美国基金会, raise funds to support the foundation’s mission to build tomorrow’s middle market leaders through charitable donations focused on enhancing educational outcomes and the quality of life for children and families. 每年 the program supports more than 100 charities across the U.S., Canada, 印度 and 萨尔瓦多.

自2010年以来, RSM employees have taken time away from the office to help others through a coordinated firm-wide 志愿者的一天. While our people regularly give back to their local communities, RSM 志愿者的一天 represents part of our firm’s commitment to the communities where our people work and live.
RSM has volunteered more then 92,900 hours and donated more than $1,303,535 through Dollars for Doers to charities that support education and organizations that support children and families in the areas of hunger, 住房和保健.

Supporting 91 charitable organizations in 2022, employees and their families helped their communities virtually by:
Assembling back-to-school backpacks and personal hygiene kits for children.
Supplying youth with technology and digital literacy skills.
Holding grocery drives for local food banks.
Participating in many other activities to help various communities where RSM has offices.
RSM offices that select local charities aligned with the RSM美国基金会 mission are able to enhance their gifts of service with donations from the RSM美国基金会’s Dollars for Doers program.
